2. Medical Intake:Complete your free medical intake form by answering some questions about your health history, lifestyle, and goals, 100% online. We make it seamless for you and eliminate the need to visit a physical clinic.
3. Provider Evaluation: Your licensed healthcare provider will review your intake form, determine if the selected medication is appropriate for you, and answer any questions you may have — all at no additional cost.
4. Prescription Delivered: If deemed appropriate, your medical provider will prescribe medication for you and have it delivered directly to your doorstep by a US licensed pharmacy. The cost of the medication and shipping is included.

We offer two simple packages: monthly or quarterly pricing that is determined based on the medication you select. We cover the cost of the doctor’s consultation and shipping. There are no hidden or additional fees. Prescription medications are provided only after consultation with a licensed healthcare provider to ensure they are appropriate for you.

Once your medical intake and health history form is reviewed and approved, your medication will be delivered to you within 3-5 business days. You can expect to receive your personalized medication in a timely manner.

All formulations undergo third-party analytical testing to confirm potency and strength as labeled. Our pharmacies operate under strict regulatory guidelines. 503A pharmacies are licensed by state boards of pharmacy, while 503B pharmacies are registered and overseen by the FDA. Both types of pharmacies are subject to FDA regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and quality.

If you are not prescribed the desired medication from our team of medical providers, you will be notified and receive a full refund for all costs incurred.  This includes a cancellation of any subscription memberships you selected.

While prescriptions for weight loss medication cannot be guaranteed for every patient, if you are 18 years of age or older and meet specific criteria such as weight and certain associated health conditions, your healthcare provider may consider you eligible for a prescription. Generally speaking, those who qualify are: individuals with overweight (BMI > 25) and those who are seeking maintenance therapy that have a BMI > 22 and if their current BMI < 27, have a history of obesity or overweight and have previously been on a GLP-1 within the past 12 months.
