Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Revel Health offers services on either a one-time (pay-as-you-go) basis or through an optional monthly subscription, as clearly disclosed at checkout. The options available to you depend on the specific service selected.

One-Time (Pay-As-You-Go) Purchases

A pay-as-you-go purchase applies to a single service period.

  • Payment is processed at checkout and is subject to provider review.

  • Completion of payment does not guarantee approval for treatment.

  • If you are not approved by a licensed provider and no medication order has been submitted to a pharmacy for fulfillment, you are eligible for a full refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Once an order has been submitted to a pharmacy or fulfillment has begun, the purchase cannot be canceled or refunded, except where required by law.

Monthly Subscriptions (Automatic Renewal)

Some services may be offered as a monthly subscription to support continuity of care.

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance at the price disclosed at checkout.

  • Your payment method will be securely stored and charged automatically each month unless you cancel.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

  • Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund charges already processed, except as expressly stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Provider approval is required for treatment, and approval is not guaranteed.

Managing or Canceling Your Purchase

You can manage or cancel your subscription by:

  • Accessing your account portal, or

  • Contacting Revel Health support.

Cancellation requests must be completed before the next billing date to avoid renewal charges.

Additional Notes

Revel Health does not offer “try before you buy” programs. Services and, if approved, medications are provided only after provider review and fulfillment through independent licensed pharmacies.
