Refund policy

Payments

Revel Health offers services on either a pay-as-you-go basis or through an optional monthly subscription, as disclosed at checkout. By providing your payment information and submitting your request, you authorize Revel Health and/or our third-party payment processors to charge the applicable fees.

Medical services, if any, are provided by independent licensed healthcare providers. Revel Health does not practice medicine.

Return & Refund Policy

Because Revel Health facilitates provider-guided services and pharmacy fulfillment, refund eligibility depends on the payment type selected, provider approval, and fulfillment status, as outlined below.

1) Provider Review and Treatment Eligibility

Completion of an intake form, enrollment in a subscription, or submission of payment does not guarantee approval for treatment. All treatment decisions are made solely by independent licensed healthcare providers.

If you are not approved for treatment and no order has been submitted to a pharmacy for fulfillment, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with this policy.

2) Pay-As-You-Go Purchases

Pay-as-you-go purchases are charged for a single service period.

  • If you are not approved by a provider and no fulfillment occurs, you may be eligible for a refund.

  • Once an order has been submitted to a pharmacy, compounded, dispensed, shipped, or otherwise entered fulfillment, pay-as-you-go charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.

3) Monthly Subscription Renewals

If you enroll in a monthly subscription, charges are billed monthly in advance.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

  • Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund charges already processed.

  • Once a monthly charge has been processed and an order has been submitted to a pharmacy, that billing period is considered active and is not refundable, except where required by law.

Revel Health does not offer prorated refunds for partially used subscription periods.

4) Treatment Unavailability

If a prescribed treatment becomes unavailable due to supply constraints, regulatory requirements, or other factors beyond Revel Health’s control, a licensed provider may recommend a suitable alternative.

If no suitable alternative is available for a given billing period and no fulfillment occurs, you may be eligible for a refund for that charge or may choose to continue services until fulfillment resumes.

5) Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for processing, depending on your financial institution.

6) Customer Communications

You agree to receive communications regarding billing, subscription status, treatment availability, and alternative options via email and other electronic means you have opted into. Prompt responses may be required to avoid service interruptions.
