Shipping & Fulfillment
Medications prescribed through Revel Health are fulfilled and shipped by independent, state-licensed pharmacies, not by Revel Health. Revel Health does not dispense, package, or ship medications.
Pharmacy Fulfillment
If a licensed provider approves treatment, your prescription is transmitted to a third-party pharmacy selected by you or assigned based on availability and state licensure. Once a prescription has been submitted to a pharmacy, fulfillment and shipping are handled entirely by that pharmacy.
Shipping Timelines
Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary based on pharmacy processing times, medication availability, verification requirements, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside Revel Healthβs control. Revel Health does not guarantee delivery dates.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has shipped, the pharmacy and shipping carrier are responsible for delivery. Revel Health may assist with coordination or communication related to shipping issues but is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier errors, or delivery interruptions.
Shipping Fees
Any applicable shipping fees are disclosed at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where required by law.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, Revel Health will work with the dispensing pharmacy and shipping carrier to help resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or reshipment in accordance with the pharmacyβs policies.
